			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To wrap up Utter Oddcast&#8217;s <a href="http://utteroddcast.com/2007/09/october-oddness-2007/">October Oddness 2007</a> shows we&#8217;re holding a drawing, open to all United States residents.  (If you&#8217;re outside of the U.S., feel free to send contributions though, as we&#8217;ll still give you credit.)</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the skinny&#8230;</p>
<h2><strong>How to Enter</strong></h2>
<p>There are two ways to enter the drawing.</p>
<ol>
<li>Leave us a voicemail recording with your contribution OR record your contribution and e-mail it to us (utteroddcast -[at]- gmail -[dot]- com).  Our voicemail numbers are 317-565-4250 or 317-215-7078.</li>
<li>Blog about the drawing and/or Utter Oddcast&#8217;s October Oddness 2007.  This can also include posts related to the contribution topics below as long as the post also mentions Utter Oddcast&#8217;s October Oddness 2007.</li>
</ol>
<p>After you have submitted a contribution, you must <a href="http://utteroddcast.com/contact/">contact us via our web form</a> or email (utteroddcast -[at]- gmail -[dot]- com) stating the following:</p>
<ul>
<li> Your full name</li>
<li> Your e-mail address</li>
<li> Your mailing address</li>
<li> A brief description of your voicemail or the URL to your post.</li>
<li> A brief &#8220;you can broadcast this contribution free of charge&#8221; statement.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Contribution Subjects</strong></h2>
<p>We are seeking contributions related to Halloween, ghosts, goblins, news and any other October related subject matter.</p>
<p>Possible topics include, but are not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li> Have you ever seen and/or heard a ghost (or at least thought you did)?</li>
<li> Do you believe in ghost?  Why or why not?</li>
<li> Were there any spooky tales in your city/neighborhood growing up?</li>
<li> What is your favorite Halloween candy?</li>
<li> When did you stop &#8220;trick-or-treating&#8221;?</li>
<li> What was your favorite Halloween costume?</li>
<li> What is your favorite scary movie and/or TV shows?</li>
<li> What is your funniest Halloween memory?</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>The Prizes</strong></h2>
<p><strong>Grand Prize</strong></p>
<p>There will be one (1) grand prize winner who will receive a free Future Karnies of America t-shirt and some Future Karnies of America buttons.</p>
<p><strong>Consolation Prizes</strong></p>
<p>There will be three (3) consolation prize winners who will receive some Future Karnies of America buttons.</p>
<h2><strong>The Rules</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>This drawing is open to all United States residents.</li>
<li>You must <a href="http://utteroddcast.com/contact/">contact us via our web form</a> or e-mail (utteroddcast -[at]- gmail -[dot]- com) after you have made a submission.  (See the How to Enter section above for details.)</li>
<li>Contributions must be received by 2 pm (Eastern) on Thursday, October 25, 2007 in order to be entered for the grand prize drawing.</li>
<li>Contributions must be received by 12 pm (Eastern) on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 in order to be entered for the consolation prize drawings.</li>
<li>You may enter as many times as you wish.</li>
<li>Each contribution counts as an entry.</li>
<li>Each contribution should be suitable for general audiences.  (Determined at our discretion.)</li>
<li>By submitting a contribution you are granting Utter Oddcast the right to broadcast your contribution free of charge.</li>
<li>Winners will be chosen at random.</li>
<li>All winners will be announced by early November.</li>
<li>We will not sell your contact information to any third party.</li>
